I went through an interview scheduling process that took multiple reschedules and ended with drug testing and immediate next steps.

Application + scheduling call — After applying, I received a call to schedule an interview.
Rescheduling — The interview date was moved twice before it happened.
Interview + drug test — After the interview, I completed a drug test.
Onboarding — I then moved into a work week shortly after. Outcome: I proceeded quickly after testing, and the takeaway was that logistics (reschedules) were the main friction point.
