Advance Auto Parts Account Executive interview experience

• In-person with GM/manager — a quick sit-down covering basic background, availability/days, and whether I had any automotive parts knowledge; one interview also included verifying I could drive and use a computer.
• Store walkthrough (during/after interview) — I was shown the aisles and key products and given a sense of how they wanted me to sell, including what they look for in customer service and handling difficult situations.

Outcome: I generally felt it was low-stress and straightforward, with many moving forward quickly when I was coachable and fit the sales/coverage needs.
