I went through a simple two-interview process for the Account Executive role, starting with recruiter screening and then a short follow-up interview.

Recruiter screen (face-to-face) — I spoke with a recruiter about my customer service background and whether I’d worked in the auto industry.
Second interview — A second, quick in-person interview was set up shortly after and was described as to-the-point. Outcome: I didn’t list an offer, but the takeaway was that this path was light and focused on service experience and industry familiarity.
