I went through a harder multi-interviewer virtual process for an Account Executive role, with a panel-style structure meant to see my accomplishments and communication.

Panel interview (Teams) — I joined a Teams call with a panel including a DM, HR, and two commercial sales managers.
STAR + experience questions — I was prompted to share achievements and respond to situational questions using a STAR-style approach.
Interest in role — I also had to explain why I wanted the position and how my background matched. Outcome: No offer was reported, and the main takeaway was that it was your job to clearly “shine” through examples, not just give general background.
