Dayton, OHPosted Jul 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a more involved selection process that felt assessment-heavy and structured, spanning about a couple of weeks, before any traditional interviews.

Initial outreach by leadership — I was first contacted (by an RVP or through initial planning calls) to discuss the role at a high level.
Long assessments before interviews — I had to complete online personality/comprehension/management scenario style exams, including interest in my strengths/personality results.
HR + face-to-face / panel interview — I went through HR conversations and in-person or panel formats that stayed fairly structured (including behavioral-style questioning in some cases).
Field validation / ride-along — I spent time in the field shadowing sales
