Adobe Account Executive interview experience

I spoke with a hiring manager, a head of team for Europe, HR, and then I had to present a case to a commission-style group of interviewers.

The experience was complicated less by difficulty and more by timing. Even though I was told the need was urgent, the gaps between interviews were really long, which made the whole timeline drag. The final presentation required days of preparation, and that part felt intense because it couldn’t be rushed. After all that work, I never received a rejection email, so the lack of closure lingered even after the hard part was done.
