My interview journey stretched into about four rounds, and it felt more demanding than the usual recruiter-screen-to-hiring-manager flow.

I started with a discovery-style conversation and then had a peer interview layered into the early stages. What stood out was that I was also asked to do prospecting work aimed at booking a meeting with the hiring manager.

The setup was tricky: the hiring manager wouldn’t answer calls and their LinkedIn was private, so messaging wasn’t straightforward even though the process seemed to assume it would be. The later rounds also sounded more interactive, with additional behavioral questions woven throughout, and I ultimately didn’t receive clear feedback. By the end, I was left with no guidance
