Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process for me was simple: an online assessment followed by a technical interview.

The assessment included coding problems that tested data structures and algorithms. After I completed it successfully, I was invited to a technical discussion where I solved problems on a whiteboard and talked through my thought process as I worked.

It wasn’t overly long or complicated in terms of steps, and the focus stayed squarely on how I approached problems rather than just the final answers. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt like a straightforward technical evaluation.
