My Adobe process felt staged and a bit textbook: five steps total.

I made it through resume selection, then a reasoning and aptitude test, followed by two separate technical interviews.

After those technical rounds, I reached the HR interview, and that’s where it ended. The rejection was frustrating mainly because I had passed so much earlier, and the last step felt like the only remaining gate.

I walked away feeling like I could handle the technical portions, but the HR interview is where it ultimately fell apart for me.
