My process started with a screening interview, and then it shifted into a presentation step that I had to prepare for ahead of the next meeting.

The presentation was based on a business case study, and I had to come in ready to present an overview that made sense to the group.

What I remember most is the communication style afterward. I got lots of honest feedback, and the overall tone felt constructive rather than combative. It was clear they expected me to think on my feet and explain my reasoning, and the way they handled feedback made the experience feel more collaborative than stressful.
