My interviews leaned heavily into sales execution.

I had a sales pitch interview in front of a panel where I was expected to present as part of the role, and then there was a sequence of additional interviews where I met multiple people, including a one-on-one after the panel discussions.

Preparation felt unavoidable because a chunk of the evaluation was about being able to speak confidently about Adobe products and tell a coherent story while pitching. Even with the pressure, the vibe stayed welcoming and professional throughout, which made it easier to focus even when the questions felt demanding.
