I got scheduled for a freestyle online meeting on Teams even though I hadn’t applied to it and didn’t really know how to prepare.

It happened around the Christmas break period, and they told me to expect an answer after early January.

The frustrating part was that the follow-up never came, and there was supposed to be another interview with a technical lead after that meeting—but it didn’t happen either.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the overall experience felt undefined and slow, mostly because the communication and next steps never materialized.
