My first touch was a pretty informal chat where we just covered questions about myself.

It was laid back in tone and focused on things like what I do in my free time and what challenges I’d faced.

After that, I had to give a short presentation to the team leaders, where I presented a topic to them directly. That shift—from casual conversation to speaking in front of leaders—made the round feel like a quick test of communication and comfort with uncertainty. It ended with no offer, but the structure was clear: they wanted to see both how I think about my own experience and how I can present under basic pressure.
