Act Digital Full Stack Engineer interview experience

Once I confirmed interest, the communication would stop—no follow-up, no scheduling, just a fade-out.

It wasn’t a single awkward interaction; it happened across multiple recruiting contacts. After enough repeats, I stopped expecting anything and stopped responding.

The difficulty for me wasn’t about the interview content at all, because I never really got to a meaningful process. My reflection was that the outreach itself didn’t translate into real hiring momentum, which made the whole thing feel pointless.
