My experience with Acko felt exhausting and poorly managed.

HR connected with me for scheduling, and I was able to clear the technical rounds. After that, I ended up getting rejected after a fourth round that felt more like a formality.

When I asked for feedback, I didn’t receive any response. That silence stood out to me as the worst part of the entire process, because I had already invested time mentally and technically. Even though they started off with a smooth scheduling flow, the lack of follow-up and closure made it feel disrespectful.

By the end, I felt like it was a waste of time, especially because there was no feedback thread to explain
