My interview journey had a clear four-step structure.

First was machine coding where I created a REST API with an external database, followed by system design questions. Then I had a hiring-manager round that was pure system design. After that came an HR round for behavior and cultural fit.

The final stage was a Bar Raiser round that covered experience from previous projects, plus some data structures and algorithms and behavior focused on design thinking.

The overall difficulty felt high for me, and the process demanded more than just coding—it required design reasoning and strong explanation across multiple lenses.
