I was approached for a role rather than applying directly, and that set the tone early.

The interview itself was marked by rudeness and arrogance from the start, including the fact that the interviewer didn’t even bother to introduce themselves.

The interaction felt hostile and dismissive, and I remember thinking that if they didn’t want to move forward, the whole setup was odd. Because the behavior was so poor, I didn’t feel respected during the conversation.

I walked away not recommending them based on that experience, because the interview panel didn’t feel like it was being used to evaluate fairly—it felt like the process was happening regardless of the candidate.
