My experience was less about interview difficulty and more about poor process coordination.

I remember trying to get updates from HR and realizing they wouldn’t really answer calls when I asked about results. After the initial HR call, I kept waiting and the follow-ups didn’t go anywhere for weeks.

The timing itself also felt unreliable. There were cases where interviews were rescheduled and then, after I picked a new slot, I was told the role was no longer recruiting even though it still appeared open. I also went through moments where I had to book multiple slots through a system, but panelists didn’t join and no one confirmed anything in the time window I selected.
