Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

The HR-style round was mostly common questions, and it felt more like confirming fit than running a coding gauntlet. My impression was that many people ended up being successful at this stage when they cleared the earlier step.

The timeline stayed pretty reasonable. About two weeks later, I got a call from HR and they told me I’d been selected for the role.

I did end up with an offer, and honestly it felt like a straightforward process rather than a complicated multi-stage ordeal. The most memorable part was how light the initial technical depth was, even though the end result was positive.
