Accenture Business Analyst interview experience

The team accepted resumes at job fairs, but I knew I had to show up for the info sessions and build some familiarity with the on-campus recruiting team to get selected. Once I was in, the interviews themselves felt pretty structured and not overly tricky.

I relied on the STAR method to organize my answers, and the questions leaned toward past experience and how I’d handle situations. The overall vibe during the interview was positive—I wasn’t thrown by anything overly technical or wildly unexpected, and it felt like they were mainly trying to see how well my stories matched the role.
