I started with an online assessment that was un-timed, and it felt very values-oriented—more about matching my mindset than throwing heavy coding at me.

After that, I went into a task-based interview where the recruiter walked through case-style questions and we discussed how I’d approach business problems.

From there the process moved through a few interview conversations that all felt fairly aligned: early rounds focused on working through my background and experience (including talking through my resume), and later rounds added a clearer case study component. I remember it taking long enough that I kept wondering whether I was near the end, but when the timing finally converged the interviews were straightforward to follow.
