Accenture Business Analyst interview experience

The company shared a job description for a specific role, and we filled out a form for that role, but the hiring drive for that same role didn’t run the way I expected.

They ended up conducting interviews for other roles instead, which meant my path for the role I originally applied for got skipped. It was disappointing because I had already completed the upfront step and expected the next phase to follow through. Ultimately, there wasn’t an offer tied to my original role, and the main feeling left behind was that the process quietly changed direction after the initial stage.
