Accenture Consultant interview experience

Hard

Negative

BarcelonaPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The most memorable part of my Accenture interview was how poorly it went in terms of interpersonal tone.

I felt treated rudely and kept from speaking—interruptions came repeatedly, and I wasn’t given space for a real back-and-forth discussion. Instead of reasoning together, the conversation felt like it was shutting down my ability to explain.

The overall vibe was unpleasant, and it felt as if they weren’t truly interested in collaborating to find understanding. I left that experience feeling frustrated more than anything, because the dynamic didn’t match what I’d expect from an interview meant to evaluate and discuss.
