Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

MumbaiPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience ended up being frustrating and felt poorly handled.

I was told there was a missed round, and by the time everything was done, the engineer interviewer basically waited for a question I didn’t know and then rejected me.

It felt like the communication and process didn’t match what I’d expected, and the final interaction didn’t feel like it reflected my actual ability. Overall it didn’t feel professional to me, and I left with a negative impression. I wasn’t offered the role, and the way it was concluded was the biggest reason.
