I interviewed online with someone from the US, and the structure was very segmented.

The session took about an hour total and was split into three parts: a face-to-face discussion question, a technical question, and a written test.

Because everything happened in one hour with multiple formats, it felt like they were trying to gauge more than just coding ability. The face-to-face portion felt like a quick assessment of how I talked through my thinking, while the technical part and written test made it more concrete.

It didn’t end in an offer for me, but I appreciated how clearly the interview components were laid out. The mix of formats made the experience feel intense
