My experience started with a phone call with HR where they walked me through the company, and then a technical interview happened two days later.

The technical part felt like a simple discussion where I mainly described my experience, and the manager talked about the project.

The feedback I got during the conversation was positive, which made me feel like things were going in the right direction. Then communication just disappeared. I even sent a follow-up message and never got a response back.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the most disappointing part was how suddenly the process went silent despite the earlier positive feedback.
