My early interview path involved a manager conversation where I presented my background, including what I’d done before, what I was interested in, and what I expected in terms of compensation.

The manager also described the mission they were hiring for, so it felt like a two-way exchange more than a strict Q&A.

After that, I went into a group case study. That part was more collaborative and centered on how I handled the discussion and worked through the situation with others. The interview flow felt structured—first fit and expectations, then a test of how I could operate in a team setting.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the experience felt clearly organized, and the case study format made it easy to see how the role might run in practice.
