My process felt smooth and very professional, and the interviewer was especially friendly.

The conversation flowed naturally, and I never felt like I was being put on the spot for the sake of it. Even though it felt comfortable, it was still well-structured and clearly aimed at the role.

The surprising part was the end result: the role was eventually cancelled. I’d built momentum because the interviews went well, so the cancellation was disappointing even though the experience itself had been positive.

Looking back, I remember the tone more than anything—the process felt well run and respectful. The only real downside was that my good experience couldn’t turn into an offer
