Accenture Business Analyst interview experience

They mentioned they wanted 10 years of experience, and at the time I had around four years, so I went in knowing it might not match.

Still, I proceeded and did the interview anyway. The process felt more like a check of whether I could bridge the gap than a straightforward eligibility screen.

I didn’t receive an offer. Honestly, the experience reinforced how quickly requirements can become a hard filter, even when you can perform well in the conversation.
