Perth, Western AustraliaPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with an online test, then I had a phone call screen with an offshore Accenture team.

After that, things progressed into an assessment centre, and the process finished with a final interview with a partner or high-level member.

The pace felt like it moved from testing into heavier evaluation quickly, and the offshore screen didn’t come across as very enthusiastic about interviewing. By the time I reached the final high-level conversation, it felt like the process was designed to see how I performed under structured pressure. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the path itself was clear and role-focused.
