Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

First there was a technical interview that focused on technical discussion, my past experience, and included some case-study style questions. It didn’t run long—under an hour for the technical portion.

Then I moved to a final interview with the managing director. That second stage felt more casual, like a conversation than a formal technical assessment, and it also lasted under an hour.

I ended up getting an offer. Even though the first part was more structured, the second half’s relaxed tone made the overall experience feel balanced to me, and the process didn’t drag.
