Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

We talked through my current and past projects, and the questions centered on how I handled different situations. I also discussed the size of the team and how communication worked in that environment.

It felt less like a technical exam and more like they were assessing fit and decision-making—how I navigated day-to-day challenges and collaborated within a team.

I didn’t get an offer, but the round itself felt straightforward and focused, and it helped clarify what the manager cared about most: project ownership, situation handling, and communication dynamics.
