Accenture·Software Engineer

Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I joined Accenture as a fresher from a tier 3 college, and my first stretch was in a support project for about 1.6 years.

Eventually, I moved into application/software development.

This wasn’t an interview-story with question details, but it was still a meaningful experience in how my career started inside the company. Looking back, the shift from support to development felt like the real milestone—less about a single interview moment and more about the progression afterward. My reflection was that the early role set the stage, and the development move is what made the work feel like it aligned with my longer-term interests.
