Accenture Software Engineer interview experience

They checked basic communication and whether my experience matched the job description. Then I got scheduled for an online interview that lasted about an hour, with multiple time slots to choose from.

During that session, the interviewer asked design-level questions, and it felt like the assessment was aimed at judging how I thought through bigger-picture problem solving rather than just facts. The overall difficulty stayed average, and I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, the process itself felt organized and straightforward compared to others I’ve seen.
