Negative

United StatesPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted by the recruiter first, and the outreach quickly turned into a long stretch of interviews—six total.

After putting me through that many steps, I was then completely ghosted, with no rejection email or any kind of follow-up.

The most painful part was that it wasn’t just silence after a first interview; it felt like I’d been actively engaged and then abruptly dropped. Even if the company was moving on internally, it didn’t give me any respectful closure.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the whole thing left me with a strong negative impression focused less on the interview content and more on how the process ended. It felt disrespectful, and I wouldn’t forget that gap in communication.
