The process was surprisingly simple: there was only a single interview, and it was a behavioral panel.

It ran about 30 to 45 minutes on Microsoft Teams with around three to four people.

The conversation stayed centered on how I worked with others and how I handled different situations, with the panel format giving it a more structured feel than a one-on-one screen. It was easy to navigate, and nothing about the format or timing felt stressful.

I never got an offer from it, but I left thinking it had been a straightforward, low-complexity process. The biggest impression was just how manageable the whole thing felt end to end.
