Austin, TXPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter outreach where I was told there were a couple opportunities, and I was asked to study the products.

After that, I went into a panel interview with managers as part of a two-day style process.

What made the experience feel rough was the sense that things were already decided. Even though I was scheduled early in the two-day window, I got rejected after about five hours. There was no real specific explanation, and it left me with the strong feeling of being led through something that wasn’t fully open-ended. The process was average in difficulty from an interview-content standpoint, but the emotional hit of being turned down so quickly was what stayed with me.
