The hiring manager interview was done over Zoom, and it stayed pretty direct.

We talked through the product and also focused on the relationships in the area—how I viewed existing connections and how that could translate into account success.

What surprised me most was the speed and finality of the process. I got an automated email that I wasn’t moving forward to the next round, so the experience ended without any additional steps. It felt like my performance was quickly categorized rather than taken through a longer evaluation, and I ended the process without an offer.
