My interview process consisted of a mix of manager and higher-up conversations over phone and Zoom, and it fit into a reasonable time frame.

It didn’t feel stretched out or endlessly delayed, which made it easier to stay focused.

The overall difficulty was average, and the themes were consistent with what I’d experienced elsewhere: I needed to be ready with past successes and to be able to talk about working as part of a team environment. I didn’t move forward to an offer, but the process itself felt fairly normal—enough structure that it didn’t feel chaotic, just competitive.
