AbbVie Account Executive interview experience

I was told to be ready with real-life examples laid out in a clear STAR style—situation, task, action, and result—and to make the stories detailed enough to show what happened and what outcomes followed.

The challenge wasn’t just having examples in mind; it was having enough specificity about difficult moments, what I did during them, and how the results turned out. I didn’t receive an offer, and the role felt difficult in that sense—more about depth and storytelling precision than about a single technical question.
