This process started off with a bit of confusion because I hadn’t gotten the clearest picture of what the hiring journey would look like.

An additional HR company was involved, and the communication around the process wasn’t very detailed. I did have an interview that went well, but then I basically went quiet after that.

After the conversation, I didn’t receive any news—no timeline update and no follow-up. The interview itself felt fine, but the lack of clarity before and the silence afterward made the whole experience feel disappointing and average in difficulty. I never made it to an outcome from there, and what stuck with me was how little information I got once the initial interview was completed.
