There were two rounds, and both centered on direct conversations rather than a long chain of steps.

The first was with the hiring manager, where they went over my resume. If they felt there was a match, I then interviewed with the team.

Both rounds were brief and straightforward, so the process felt efficient. It didn’t drag out into multiple stages, and there wasn’t a lot of uncertainty about what was happening next.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure made the evaluation feel simple. I liked that my resume review led quickly to a team conversation if it looked like a fit.
