Mine was a genuinely easy, friendly process.

The interview felt interactive and focused on behavior questions, with additional case review questions that tied directly into the discussion. The whole experience came across as approachable rather than intimidating, and it stayed practical.

At the end, I got the offer. What surprised me most was how smooth and low-friction it felt compared to the usual stressful interview setups—I left with a good impression of the process and how they ran it.
