I went through two interviews.

The first was with a manager and HR, and it followed the usual CV conversation: why I had done certain work, what the toughest situations were, and how I handled them. They also expected questions from me at the end to show I was genuinely interested in the position.

The second interview was with a manager and a senior project engineer and shifted to a more technical focus. I was given 20 minutes to solve a task on my own, which was the first time I felt the pressure of time constraints directly. The details were sometimes hard to find, but talking through my thinking afterward helped a lot.
