ABB Software Engineer interview experience

The first two rounds combined technical and managerial angles, and a lot of the conversation revolved around system design along with discussion of my current project. The last round was an HR discussion.

Overall, it didn’t feel especially difficult, more like they were trying to understand how I’d approach building something and how I operated day to day. I left with the impression that the interviewers were looking for alignment on both scope and collaboration, but I didn’t get an offer.
