I went through what felt like a standard interview, with questions about my previous work experience and my personality.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and that made it easier for me to share details about what I’d done and how I thought about solving problems.

They asked thoughtful questions that connected to both my technical background and the way I collaborated and improved over time. I didn’t experience any major surprises or trap-style questions, and overall it felt like a professional conversation. I didn’t get an offer, though.
