San Francisco, CAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a fairly fast, four-round interview process at 6sense that felt tightly scheduled.

It ran over about two weeks, and I ended up doing four rounds total.

The first part of the loop was an HM conversation focused on my experience and behavioral questions. After that, there were two system design-style rounds, and then I had two final coding rounds. The coding rounds were framed as medium to hard, and the system design portion landed closer to easy-to-medium in perceived difficulty.

Overall, the experience felt good and structured, and the pace was definitely a surprise in how quickly everything moved. Even though I didn’t get an offer, I felt like the technical work itself
