After applying through their web portal, it took about three weeks before I heard anything back.

I first did a phone interview with a recruiter, and later they reached back out to schedule the next step inside the company. The process moved fast once I got that invitation, but the initial waiting period felt long.

The in-person portion was pretty structured. It started with a tour and then moved into group-style discussion where I had a chance to talk with other peers and ask questions. There was also time to connect with people and get a sense of whether I’d fit the culture, and I walked away with a clearer picture of the day-to-day role.

Overall, I felt it was a short interview
