Use order_requirements(requirements); the input and output are dictionaries and lists of strings.

Constraints

1 <= number of requirement names <= 10^4
Each requirement name is a non-empty string
Each dependency list contains strings
A requirement may appear only as a prerequisite
Duplicate prerequisite entries are not provided
