Write a program to generate odd numbers.

Implement generate_odd_numbers(n), which returns a list containing every positive odd integer from 1 through n, inclusive. Return an empty list when n is less than 1.

Input: An integer n.

Output: A list of odd integers in ascending order.

Examples:

n = 10 returns [1, 3, 5, 7, 9].
n = 1 returns [1].

Constraints

0 <= n <= 1000
Return values in ascending order
Only positive odd integers should be included
